• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• Final payment is due upon delivery or installation
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options

Installation and Delivery

Installation and delivery services are provided subject to:

• Customer providing access to installation areas
• Proper preparation of installation sites
• Adherence to safety and building code requirements
• Customer satisfaction with workmanship and materials

Warranty and Returns

We stand behind our products with the following warranty terms:

• Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years from installation
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
• Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective
